Limitations: When placing your order you will be asked to certify that your laundry is safe and does not include bed bugs, fleas, roaches, biohazardous materials, or excessive pet hair. This includes: urine, feces, blood, or vomit.

If laundry is found to be unsafe or unsanitary, there will be a $10 fee and be returned to the customer "as is"
